Our School

We are very fortunate to have large outdoor spaces for our children - a large pitch area, climbing frame, soft pour play area, trampoline, climbing wall as well as table football and table tennis tables; we realise this is very unusual for an inner city London school and so we aim to maximise every single opportunity to use them.

Our outside learning spaces includes a beautifully constructed garden; boasting a stage, secret listening posts and forte and a woven tepee. The children are encouraged to explore nature in this safe and natural environment.

At St Mary Magdalene & St Stephen's CE Primary School, we operate an ‘open door’ policy. We believe our children receive the best education when parents/carers and our dedicated staff work together as a team. We welcome and encourage a visit to our school, where you will find happy, enthusiastic, respectful and confident children learning and playing in a safe and stimulating environment.

We offer an exciting and engaging creative curriculum with wider opportunities in the form of after-school enrichment clubs. We also have a dedicated Breakfast Club for those who need the school day to start that little bit earlier (from 7:40am) and a Kidz Club House for those who require after school childcare until 6pm.
